Day 1–2Step 03
You receive a flat-fee proposal within 48 hours — exact scope, exact price, exact timeline. No hourly billing, no moving targets. A 50% deposit kicks off the build.
Day 2–3Step 04
A Figma mockup of your site lands in your inbox within 48 hours of the deposit. You review, give feedback, and we refine. Two rounds of revisions are included — most clients are happy after one.
Day 3–5Step 05
Once the design is approved, the build begins. You get access to a live staging link to review the real thing — not a mockup. Any final tweaks happen here before go-live.
Day 5–11Step 06
Final payment, go live. You get a full walkthrough of your site, all credentials, and the source code. If you're on a monthly plan, ongoing support starts immediately. If not, you're fully independent.
Day 11–14Step 07
Your site stays fast, secure, and supported. Monthly plans cover hosting, security updates, dev hours, content changes, and SEO monitoring — so you never have to worry about what's running under the hood. No lock-in, cancel anytime.

Do I need to provide content before you start?
Not at the design stage. We can start with rough ideas or placeholders and fill in real content during the build phase. If you have copy, logos, and images ready that's ideal — but it's not a blocker.
What if I need more revisions than included?
Additional revisions beyond the two included rounds are billed at an hourly rate, agreed upon before the project starts. Most projects don't need this.
Can I see a staging version before it goes live?
Yes — every project gets a staging link during the build phase. You review the real site, running live, before anything goes to your domain.
What happens after launch if I'm not on a monthly plan?
You get the source code, full credentials, and a walkthrough. You own everything and can manage it yourself or hire anyone to maintain it. There's no dependency on 3lleven to keep your site running.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to kick off the project, 50% on final delivery before the site goes live. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
